Bloom Analytics and Consulting, LLC

Bloom Analytics and Consulting, LLC was founded by Zakary LeBlanc in early 2022. He currently lives just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons. In addition to providing cloud migration consulting to clients with Bloom Analytics, he also serves as the Lead Data Architect at AdaptHealth, LLC.

Snowflake Experience

Zakary has been working with Snowflake since early 2021. He has helped lead AdaptHealth’s transition from their legacy on-premise SQL Server platform to Snowflake. This migration served to improve data reliability and reduce company spend on data platform infrastructure by thousands of dollars each month.

Zakary architected several frameworks that allowed for rapid development of data pipelines into and out of Snowflake. This provided the solid foundation required for a quick and efficient migration into Snowflake. He also architected the existing data warehouse comprised of multiple data marts for AdaptHealth. This effort consolidated hundreds of isolated reporting processes into several central, standardized data marts.

He continues to work with and learn more about Snowflake on a daily basis.

Additional Experience

Zakary has extensive experience with SQL Server and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Data Management and Analytics. He has architected several data warehouses in SQL Server and built multi-dimensional and tabular OLAP databases.

Zakary also has extensive experience working with Power BI and Tableau to extract business insights. He has led the selection of AdaptHealth’s reporting solution and the subsequent migration of reports.

Zakary’s work at AdaptHealth over the past seven years has brought an expert understanding of the Brightree ERP system. He is often consulted on various Brightree related data questions.
